Personal data

Privacy policy

This policy explains how INOVEOS processes the personal data you entrust to us, in particular through the website’s contact form, and how to exercise your rights. It applies in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi « Informatique et Libertés »). This English translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

1. Data controller

INOVEOS SAS, 1 rue Alfred Deshors, 19100 Brive-la-Gaillarde, France, represented by Mr. Olivier Séguin, President.

2. Data protection officer

Our data protection officer (DPO) is SAS GAIA, 20 avenue Alfred de Musset, 19100 Brive-la-Gaillarde, France, represented by Mr. Christophe Delmas. The appointment is registered with the CNIL (French data protection authority) under number DPO-110588. You can reach the DPO by email at rgpd@gaiaconnect.fr or at www.gaiaconnect.fr, “RGPD” section.

3. Data collected

Through the contact form: your full name, your company or organization, your email address, your phone number (optional), and the subject and content of your message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; without them, we cannot process your inquiry.

We do not collect any sensitive data and ask you not to include any in your messages.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry (information, quote, demo, lab visit, equipment rental or purchase) and to follow up on any resulting business relationship. This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided, and, where your inquiry precedes a contract, on the performance of pre-contractual measures.

Your data is never used for marketing purposes without your consent, nor sold, rented or transferred to third parties.

5. Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the INOVEOS sales department and, where applicable, the internal specialist in charge of responding to your inquiry. The form is processed directly by our hosting provider, IONOS, whose servers are located in the European Union, and then forwarded to our business email (Microsoft 365). No other intermediary is involved: your data is not entrusted to any third-party form collection service.

6. Retention period

Messages received through the form are kept for six months from receipt. If your inquiry leads to a business relationship, the necessary data is then kept for the duration of that relationship and the related statutory periods.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • right of access and rectification;
  • right to erasure and to restriction of processing;
  • right to object;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • right to set instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death.

To exercise these rights or for any question, contact our DPO at rgpd@gaiaconnect.fr, or write to INOVEOS, 1 rue Alfred Deshors, 19100 Brive-la-Gaillarde, France. We will respond within one month. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no social media trackers. That is why no consent banner is shown to you. Only items strictly necessary for its operation may be stored in your browser. Links to LinkedIn or other sites take you off the INOVEOS website: those sites’ own policies then apply.

9. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to messages received is restricted to authorized INOVEOS staff. To prevent abuse, the form keeps an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of the sender’s IP address for 24 hours. Like any hosting provider, IONOS also keeps technical connection logs (IP address, page visited, browser) for service security purposes.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may change, in particular if our tools change. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
