How deeply do we penetrate the material ?

The depth of penetration depends on the technology used :

With a mechanical solution we will go in by 60 to 100µm approximately as from the surface of the material.
With a laser we will go in by approximately 10µm more than the thickness of the metallization.

Yes ! Once the ProConduct paste has been cured, it can be reflow soldered at 250°C and manually soldered up to 380°C.
